QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

  • Preference would be given to somebody who has worked in solar industry & has experience in International procurement.
  • MBA with 3+ years’ experience in purchase of goods specifically in solar
  • Experience in international supply and logistics, including customs clearance
  • Sound Knowledge of selection of PV System components & other BoS components
  • Software Skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word
  • Good communication skills, leadership abilities, analytical skills, and should be able to work without supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Determine procurement plan according to feedback from business development team, installation team & Finalize the project schedule.
  • Procurement of PV System components, with added focus on inverters, and other BoS components.
  • Procurement & sub-contracting of services related to installation of PV systems
  • Determination of key purchase criteria for all the components related to PV systems
  • Regularly maintain & update prices from various vendors.
  • Maintain good relationship with vendors.
  • Detailed understanding of custom duties, domestic tax structures etc.
  • Shortlisting, negotiating and finalising supply contracts with Domestically & internationally diverse vendors
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of material.
  • Manage international logistics including custom clearance, tax structure etc.; engage with external logistics service providers

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

  • Preference would be given to somebody who has already worked in solar industry.
  • Bachelors/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic with atleast 2+ years’ experience in solar PV sector.
  • Very good knowledge of various PV system components to design an efficient, secure and a cost-effective solution to maximize power generation.
  • Good knowledge of Indian as well as International Standard for electrical installations in power system etc.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD to design electrical diagrams, shading analysis etc.
  • Software skills: MS Office, PVSyst, PV Sol, RET Screen, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collection of electrical data (Connected Load, electricity tariff etc.), secondary backup details and understanding the power consumption pattern of the client.
  • Analyse the data & prepare detailed Engineering documents and drawings.
  • Selection and understanding of BoS components and finalizing bill of material.
  • Responsible for designing and installing standalone, grid-connected and hybrid PV systems and managing a team of 3-4 engineers for system design.
  • Design documentation and make changes as per the site requirement.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

  • 5+ years of experiences in sales, marketing and business development. Relevant experience in solar power sector would be preferred.
  • Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of photovoltaic technology and installation
  • In-depth understanding of solar-related policies and regulations
  • In depth – understanding of various Business & financial models in Solar
  • Must have prior experience in people management
  • Should be willing to travel nationally
  • MBA would be preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve overall profitability through market research, management of sales network and marketing of solar products & Solutions.
  • Identification of major Business opportunities; Sales and Business development of PV projects, specifically rooftop.
  • Development of New markets & Sales network.
  • Hire, train and lead business development team
  • Establish sales processes and Key Performance Indicators for the Business Development team
  • Draft marketing strategy, manage marketing budgets and manage marketing plans and promotional campaigns
  • Manage the sales funnel with the help of business development team including preparation of proposals, pitch meetings, negotiations.
  • Review Frameworks, Central & State Government policies & incentives to formulate company’s business strategy
  • Support Liasoning with Nodal agencies, Govt. and Manage bids for government/PSU tenders.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

  • Minimum education qualification – reputed certification/diploma or degree in electrical systems, specifically solar PV systems
  • Prior experience in engineering, procurement and installation of PV systems, specifically sub-100kW installations, including off-grid and grid-tied installations
  • Good knowledge of AUTOCAD to draw electrical diagrams
  • Good knowledge of various PV solutions, BoS components and their operations.
  • Sound knowledge of industry best practices and standards for electrical installations.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Willing to travel and work on-site for successful execution of the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report to design engineer
  • Assist in site assessment for PV system installation including load study, structural analysis, yield assessment
  • Assist in detailed electrical design
  • Install PV system comprising of electrical components and mounting structure
  • Assist in project management covering end-to-end photovoltaic installation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Degree/ diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 1+ year experience in structural design/ quality assurance.
  • Responsible for quality assurance & supervision of civil works in solar PV plant.
  • Co-coordinating with the civil contractor to ensure timely execution as per the project schedule.
  • Sound knowledge Indian Standards (IS) for civil & building construction.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

  • Preference would be given to somebody who has already worked in solar industry and has an experience in marketing of solar PV systems and products.
  • Experience: 3-5 years with MBA in marketing from a reputed university.
  • Should have a very good understanding of the solar market and its dynamics. Should have a good understanding of how the market and various customer segments works.
  • Should have good communications skills (written and verbal), leadership abilities and a good vision.
  • Should be willing to travel.
  • Software skills: MS Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for recruiting, managing marketing team.
  • Establish a sales network with PV system integrators and BoS component dealers/distributors.
  • Dealer/distributor management.
  • Responsible for formation of an effective marketing plan for promotion of the company.
  • Responsible for interaction with architects, builders and solar project consultants.
